Lucie Loves...Blogged // My @MoneySupermkt #PASSIONFORFASHION ‘First Date’ Outfit Entry @Reena_Rai:

ARGH… First Date. First Impression.

This is important right? Yep!

You want to wear something that gives you confidence. For me confidence is about feeling GOOD in what you wear and NOT worrying that something is TOO SHORT, TOO LOW-CUT or TOO TIGHT and therefore giving off the 'wrong impression’.

I spotted this River Island Chelsea Girl Printed Maxi Dress and thought the print was rather fun and therefore… by wearing it… your 'Date’ might think that YOU are rather fun too, (you know you are anyway)…

It is figure hugging, but as it’s a printed maxi it’s bound to be flattering. Wear it with these rather striking and particularly gorgeous Rose Gold Metallic Shoes, in the Topshop sale for just £15 reduced from £48. (They are sooo cheap that you needn’t worry if the date doesn’t go too well… you’ve got yourself a bargain pair of heels anyway!)

I love this MAC lipstick in LOVE FOREVER shade of pink! (How apt… you could send your 'Date’ subliminal messages through your choice of lipstick… Ok, so you’re not desperate, but still, this is a GOOD shade.) The pink of the lipstick also picks out the gorgeous pink shade in the dress and will make your pout look perfectly kissable! He won’t be able to keep his eyes of you!

As we’re going with a Rose/ Gold Metallic theme, which is BIG this AW12, I thought that this ASOS Leather Gold Envelope clutch would do the trick, reduced from £50 to £25!

Show your playful side as you tuck your hair, flirtatiously, behind your ear by letting him spy your cute Ted Baker Rocking Horse earrings, at just £29, you’ll be wearing them again and again and again!

The Topshop Peplum jacket is sooo smart! Again, another perfect way of emphasising your teeny waist or even adding curves to a boyish figure. It’s like 80s power-dressing 2012 style!

Knock his socks off!

Here’s what I’d wear…
