The bloody hotel has double booked our room along with around 50-60 other people’s. Not very good Best Western Moat House Hotel! We have now been travelling for 30 hours without sleep due to snow issues…. @Gatwick_airport - and it’s STILL snowing!! #snow #weather #Gatwick
