Lucie Loves… Fashion // #Blogged | The prettiest of sleeves from Young British Designer, Victoria Rangayah, aka z-mode

Lithuanian born Victoria graduated from the London School of Fashion in 2006 and has been making a pretty imprint on the industry ever since with her label z-mode

In what must have been quite a year for the statement jumper, here’s another 2013 contender from z-mode to add to the collection and, more importantly, my winter wardrobe.

If you look at other z-mode pieces you’ll notice that they are undeniably feminine. This slate grey sweater with its contrast lace sleeves is a fine example of her signature style.

The tough, masculine grey sets off the delicate Nottingham lace perfectly. The sleeves are slightly sheer which gives any outfit a subtle sexiness and the material is feather-light and soft to the touch.

I wore it to the office paired with an oxblood colour jersey pencil skirt from Topshop, ribbed navy blue tights and my Acute dogtooth check ankle boots - also Topshop, and a chunky black and gold faceted bead necklace - which I think was from Forever 21 a while back. I’d also wear it with leather skinny leggings and chunky black boots, or boyfriend jeans, heels and a smart camel coat.

My nails are a vivid violet with flecks of blue and red glitter. I first applied the Leighton Denny Tempt Me polish and then painted a layer of Butter London ‘Lovely Jubbly' on top.

Big love to Victoria at z-mode for my early christmas gift.
