I ventured into @selfridges last week and spotted the #Sisley beauty counter. Having heard so much about the wonders of Sisley foundation, from #MUA extraordinaire #CarlosFerraz, I was given a couple of samples of the £100+ foundation to try out at home.

I usually use @Chanel #Vitalumiere, which I like for its dewy finish and light texture. Sisley goes on beautifully, almost like a mousse, it’s light, but doesn’t feel as greasy as Chanel, so may be better for people who can’t wear products that make their skin feel oily-er than it does already.

I’ve been trying this out for a few days now, it has a rather distinct, not unpleasant, biscuity scent and after applying it at 8am still looks decent when leaving work at 6pm. It is a pricey little number at around £120, but you don’t need much of the product and it comes with a handy pocket sized make-up brush.
